Services
Gray's Mechanical provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services in Carol Stream and the greater Chicagoland area. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Air conditioning installation and repair
- Heating system installation and repair
- Furnace services
- Heat pump installation and maintenance
- HVAC maintenance programs
- Emergency HVAC services
Service Appointments
When you schedule a service appointment with Gray's Mechanical, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and location information
- Be available at the scheduled time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Provide safe access to your HVAC equipment
- Inform our technicians of any known hazards or issues
Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are provided as estimates unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of work required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Warranties
Gray's Mechanical offers warranties on parts and labor as specified at the time of service. Our 10-year guarantee applies to qualifying installations as outlined in our warranty documentation. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate from our service warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Gray's Mechanical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
SMS / Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Gray's Mechanical, you agree to the following:
- Message Types: You may receive service-related messages (appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, technician arrival notifications, and service follow-ups) and marketing messages (seasonal promotions, special offers, maintenance reminders, and company updates).
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month depending on your service activity and current promotional periods.
- Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan and any applicable charges.
- Opt Out (STOP): You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to that number.
- Help (HELP): For assistance, reply HELP to any message, call us at (630) 283-7981, or email info@graysmechanical.com.
- Consent Not Required for Purchase: You are not required to consent to receiving SMS/text messages as a condition of purchasing any products or services from Gray's Mechanical.
- No Selling or Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
