Warranty Product Exchange
When a warranty issue can't be resolved through a standard repair or the First 90 Days Major Failure Exchange policy, we have the ability to replace your existing Trane equipment with like-for-like equipment — at no charge to you.
- Applies during the warranty period (up to 10 years)
- Same tonnage, brand, and like-for-like equipment replacement
- No labor, materials, or installation charges to you
- Covers outdoor splits, packaged units, furnaces, coils & air handlers
- Includes a complimentary 2-year extended labor warranty
Charitable Community Giving
The Do What's Right program also allows us to donate equipment to local community members and charitable organizations in need — at no cost to the recipient.
- Equipment donated to qualifying charitable organizations or individuals
- No labor, materials, or installation charges to the recipient
