AC Breakdown
- Cycle and test thermostat operation
- Replace standard 1”air filter
- Clean and flush condensate drain
- Inspect blower operation and inspect blower wheel.
- Check all wiring and controls in air handler
- Clean outdoor condenser coil
- Remove debris and leaves from condenser
- Inspect outdoor unit wiring and controls
- Inspect/test contactor and capacitor
- Check operational refrigerant levels
- Test fire unit to ensure proper operation.
- Inspect and test condenser fan motor.
Furnace Breakdown
- Cycle and test thermostat operation
- Replace standard 1” air filter
- Clean burners
- Clean flame sensor
- Inspect and test ignitor
- Test safeties and limits
- Visually inspect heat exchanger
- Remove and clean drain trap (on high efficient furnaces)
- Check blower operation and inspect wheel
- Check all wiring and controls
- Check inducer motor
